HOSTGATOR - OR HOW A CROCODILE CAN GO INSANE








It took 21 days for Hostgator to have destroyed everything I had; a website that cost me money and hundreds of hours to build.

What could have happened?

Simple, I was a customer, I had paid for hosting for more than two years, and I felt the need to buy the security package, certified, so that my website could circulate securely in the web space, without any problems for visitors.

Obviously I decided to contact Hostgator to buy SSL. I was advised to buy paccote Baby, to which I added two more tools (Addons hosts)

To make the purchase I took days. But the domain did not enter. then that package was not for my account. Finally it took days, until someone of common sense created a methodology and made the purchase.

On May 4, I was able to make the first demand. It took days, many hours lost but everything was done.

I sent the United States $ 292.87. The money has gone out of my mind. Everything perfect

They told me that they were going to do a check and could take between 24 to 48 hours (I think, I do not have the memory of other times), and then I would put the certificate

Then they asked me for an email. I sent the email.

Everything seemed to follow its course

Until one day in my mail I receive an email, nice to ask that within 5 days I paid $ 263.47. Not doing so will void my account.

And he concluded, and well, I ordered the Baby package, but Hostgater - it seems like he does these things like a Youtube video if you can confirm it - changed everything without consulting me. That is, I bought Baby, but Hostgator sold me the Pro. I, tired, did not want any more tragedies, I accepted.

Only now they were fond of wanting me to pay the baby. What if I had the professional?

And the nice lady Donna, who deserved a compliment for the spirited work she did, took care of canceling Baby and I was rested with the professional and the matter was settled.

Once again I was radiant. It's about time. He sucked in a huge chill. My health had worsened, I had not slept, the tension had gone up, and finally, stress.

Only the next day, new email with repeated threats. Either pay or stay without website and without package

The chat man looked like a scratched disk. If you do not pay, you will not get anything.

In conclusion, Hostgator is a clutter, is unreliable, looks like a third-world company, deceives people, is cheating, and does not respect their customers.

Today, in order to understand the caricature of this Kenyan-type company, it still sends me, after canceling everything, a new email, this time to elucidate me of the new security rules of the European Union. In fact, all this seems unimaginable. Unreal.

But it caused me immense damage, many days of restlessness. Losses. Of course, I will not accept this gratuitously. Or Hostgator solves the situation and asks me for an apology email, or I will surely make it cost so much incompetence and lack of responsibility.
